SHIPPING POLICY
We will always endeavour to deliver your items as soon as possible! The majority of products are personalised or made to order so we ask that you allow one week for us to produce the product before we dispatch to your delivery address.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We pride ourselves on our quality, in the unlikely event that you are not happy with an item that you have received from us then please get in contact. Stocked items can be returned with a full refund within 14 days of purchase if faulty.

On personalised products, once the proof has been approved by yourself, we can not issue a refund - however please do contact us if you are not happy with an item that you have received.
